Turn down Blood Alley in Vancouver's Gastown neighbourhood and look for the neon taco. It's your beacon guiding you up the stairs onto the breezeblock-wrapped patio and through the front doors of the Taco Bar. The design of this 100-seat space was inspired by 70s Southern California with a menu that is the most extensive and Latin-American inspired in our repertoire. The cocktails flow the music is cranked and the vibe is sweet. The Burrito Bar makes itself right at home in Gastown – Vancouver's oldest neighbourhood. We wanted to bring the laid back vibe of the original Tofino truck indoors to the lunch crowd and late night revelers of Gastown. It's got counter service with a 6 seat bar nestled into the brick walls so you can take away burritos or sit and enjoy a beer.
